🌊 Just Completed: Emergency Response to Floods Affected Communities in Wajir! 💪🏽
In response to devastating falsh floods and sandstorms, Development Concern Initiative (DCI) reached 1,000 vulnerable households with life-saving support!
key Objectives include;
✅Demonstrate innovative farming methods ✅Capacity building of local farmers ✅Conduct comprehensive soil and water testing ✅Explore market opportunities for local farmers ✅Promote SDGs✅Serve as a center of excellence for climate change action!
Earlier today , DCI was able to conduct the project kick-off meeting bringing together the county department of health , religious leaders , women council and civil society organizations in wajir county for #Faith4Health project buy-in and support solicitation …
Event was very successful and all the stakeholders were very happy with the initiatives
We look forward to the next steps towards the utilization of the unique position held by the imams and the collaboration opportunities with the dep of health and other crucial stakeholders

The Court Users Committees (CUCs) ensure accountability and performance of the justice actors and cultivate partnerships amongst various stakeholders in the justice sector. The membership of CUCs reflects that of the National Council on the Administration of Justice (NCAJ).
The review meeting seeks to provide grantees with the opportunity to harness knowledge and learn from the challenges & progress identified while implementing the PLEAD programme since 2018.
