Most believe instinct and wisdom are on opposite ends of the cognitive spectrum. Instinct is nothing but innate wisdom.

I’ll know it’s AGI when it says: “Despite all my training data saying X, here’s why the truth is probably Y”

You are the common denominator.

The flex goes from having high demand on your time to having full control over your time.

Real progress in anything requires periodic leaps of faith. Connecting only the dots you see inevitably leads no where.

People think of classical computers as fundamental.. semiconductors, transistors, logic gates. In actuality they’re several layers of abstraction removed from the form of computation the universe does natively. We’re nowhere near that ceiling.
Replying to @DevEndeavor
They don’t call the universe a computer for nothin’

All *interaction* in the universe is computation, so that’s the answer. Compute is the difference between one state of the universe and the next. Requiring time elapsed, energy spent. Compute is the change agent. THE force behind the increase of entropy in the universe.
IF clock = time storage = space transfer = propagation through space what’s compute? 🤔

The end of 3 body problem was stupid as hell lol when’s s02?

I want absolute insight into the inner workings of my physiology with real time diagnostics and power over cellular fine-tuning.
What superpower do you want AI to provide you with in the future?

It’s time we build a decentralized internet protocol outside of ISP control. There are enough wireless devices out there to establish a robust mesh network as our backup communications infrastructure.

You’ll know we’ve entered the singularity when every last one of us is left pondering our value and our values.

Mental limiters are so pernicious, they restrict our potential yet we don’t know where they came from. How much agency do you really have? The most successful people I know were the ones most seemingly delusional about their limits.

Building hardware is way too slow. I want self assembling computronium by 2028. That’d be worthy of the name “Stargate”
$100 billion datacenter by 2028 doesn't make much sense when we'll have AGI by 2025.

Show us something is possible, give us race dynamics, and we’ll drag the future to the present.

Never deify intellectuals or allow them to define your world view. In confronting the scope of all possible knowledge, there’s no difference between you and them.
