Hiring: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, schedules, communications, and key business activities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
β’ Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and official communications.
β’ Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
β’ Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, Office Manager, or similar role.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity tools.
β’ Basic understanding of financial administration and bookkeeping processes.
