Best productivity hack:
go for a walk early in the morning.
First thing after you wake up.
Before coffee, food anything.
Just have some water.
sometimes 15 minutes, sometimes 20-30 in the weekends.
Listen to music if you want but try sometimes without any music, podcast or anything.
Just you and your thoughts.
I’ve been doing this for a month and I literally feel that I re-wired my brain.
You don’t need more to do lists, trust me.
You need to give yourself time to think and reflect.
Plus the health benefits.
