After 3 months of late nights, I'm shipping Tubelane today.
I kept watching creators burn out on the *boring* part of YouTube —
writing scripts, recording voiceovers, sourcing visuals, editing,
scheduling. The actual creative work was 20% of the time.
So I built the other 80%.
Tubelane is a desktop app that turns a topic brief into a
finished, scheduled YouTube video — script, AI voiceover, image
generation, captions, timeline editor, direct upload. All offline-
first (your API keys, your machine, your files).
What ships in v1:
↳ Multi-channel workspace (manage 10 channels from one app)
↳ Claude-powered script generation with full editing
↳ Voice cast — assign different TTS voices to characters
↳ Image generation built in (Gemini 3, Imagen 4 Ultra, OpenAI)
↳ Timeline editor with captions, zoom, music, text overlays
↳ One-click YouTube upload scheduling
↳ Draft persistence — never lose work across sessions
Free during early access. macOS first, Windows Linux next.
If you run a YouTube channel — DM me. I want 20 creators on the
beta to break it before public launch.
