🚨 An employment tribunal has partly ruled in favour of Amrit Bansal-McNulty, a footballer of Indian heritage who was subjected to racist abuse by former manager John Yems, including being called a 'curry muncher'. We have deliberately taken our time to consider and reflect on the events on Saturday and the dismissal of Conor Wilkinson. The club is aware of the serious allegation that has been made against Conor, who denies making a racist remark during the fixture with Boston United. The club is actively assisting the FA with its ongoing investigation into the incident, as well as supporting Conor during what is a difficult time for him both professionally and personally. Moors is a committed community club and, in the interim we wish to reiterate that the club, (including all of its players, staff and officials) has always been, and remains, totally opposed to all forms of racism. We will await the response of the relevant governing bodies before making any further comment.
