Worst service from @firstcryindia
I ordered a product worth 9000 which is defective and even after return request the product was not replaced and the request was cancelled by @firstcryindia from their side
And after calling customer service they are ignoring the issue

worst fiber service @reliancejio as always 5 days a month your services are shut of for some damn reason and we are supposed ro suffer due to that
maybe its time to change the service provider

Its been 5 days in a row that they are switching off their service without any prior notice
How are we supposed to work online with this shitty service there is no reaponse from their side.
