Dear @Infosys_GSTN , a gentle reminder: today isn’t a relaxed Sunday, it’s a crucial Monday with GSTR-3B payment & filing due.
When the portal refuses to cooperate, taxpayers shouldn’t be penalized for it.
Late fees for system failures is simply unfair.
Fix the portal. Let compliance happen smoothly.

Govt extends original ITR due date due to delayed forms & system issues, yet keeps belated/revised deadline frozen at 31 Dec.
This compresses the correction window purely due to @IncomeTaxIndia delay.
Forcing honest taxpayers into ITR-U with added tax cost is not reform...it is administrative unfairness.
Why is this basic logic not applied Suo motu?
@IncomeTaxIndia must extend the deadline.

There is no harm in extending the due dates of Belated ITR, ROC Filings and GSTR 9 and 9C. There is no loss to the revenue. Kindly reply why extension is not being provided? There is no reason to be adamant about it. @IncomeTaxIndia @cbic_india @FinMinIndia @MCA21India @PMOIndia

Due to extension of original ITR due dates, the time window for filing Belated/Revised ITR (due 31/12/2025) has been unfairly reduced.
After 31/12/2025, only Updated ITR is allowed — no refund and additional 25% tax applies.
👉 Request: Kindly extend Belated/Revised ITR due date to 31/01/2026.

Kindly Extend The Due date of Revised & Belated Returns till 31st March 2026.
As You have sent majority of notices in last week of due dates and also ITR (Audit) is still Under Process.
Hence, Logically Date Should be extended without any demand and delay.
