This is my opinion
@MattPrusak, but I would remove your honors/awards for Global Ethics from your linkedin. You lied, mislead, and failed victims who had already suffered extensively from mistreatment, lies, and deception. You don't deserve that award any further.
@USC should be ashamed an Alumni who had such a bright future, would conduct himself so poorly and unprofessionally. You applied and you accepted the role of CEO of
@IonicDigital fully knowing the plight, suffering, and situations the "shareholders" had been in.
Nobody except yourself forced you to make the statement and commitment you issued to me and Shareholders/victims as you accepted the role of CEO. You had an ethical and professional requirement/obligation to do what was best for shareholders. You failed and never once took accountability for your actions/inactions, your words, or promises. Your silence and conduct is unbecoming of a senior leader in any company, much less one shouldered with tens/hundreds of thousands of desperate victims attempting to recover something of their losses. You took the salary, the benefits, and provided nothing in return.
You are unworthy to ever hold a senior position, you are a disgrace to your fellows, you are a disgrace to all organizations such as
@USC @AZGOV @PhiBetaKappa. You received so much from the community, from your school, and organizations. Yet when you had the opportunity, power, and ability to create real impactful change to rival your academic accomplishment you fell short well utterly short.
Take some accountability, you owe it to the victims you mislead and lied too.
