Normal humans don’t care about infrastructure. They care about moments where their life is blocked. “I have value, but I can’t use it when I need it.”

every lending vault on-chain right now is visible to liquidation bots. every position. every threshold. every wallet. we're building the version where it isn't.

Yesterday at TechCon 🔥 Here’s what I covered in my talk: Policy is a conversation. Implementation is a confrontation with reality. And the gap between the two is where most blockchain infrastructure projects quietly die.

South Africa has something most countries don't: regulatory maturity and the patience to get this right. The countries that rushed blockchain regulation and CBDCs are learning expensive lessons now and we've seen this through a number of use cases in Africa already. I'll be back at TechCon tomorrow 10h00 for the ministers keynote & a roundtable on security, privacy & public trust. Come say hi if you're around.

One of my favourite weekly reads in web3 right now (Research, tools, regulation and cypherpunk energy) news.web3privacy.info/ It's been really useful to help me stay up to date and cut through the signal-to-noise ratio you usually encounter in the space. @web3privacy

Feels like the stack is finally maturing: permissions → execution → settlement More control at the edges, more precision in the middle. Nice work @get_para 👏

Web3 has reached a point where a simple “hey, would love to connect” message now triggers a full internal due diligence process. My new default setting is to assume nothing is real.

Our goal with @LuminaEngine was never to reinvent UX but to fix the infrastructure that it's running on. : Keep the defi interface familiar, change what happens underneath. Private orders. Encrypted intents. Confidential execution.
