My little girl Olive turns 6 today. 😭From the day we brought her home, her favorite spot is sleeping on my chest every night. She's appeared in CoC dev updates, traveled the world, and is my constant companion. Trying to treasure every moment I can before they're gone.

Ran a pic of my cat through 3 different AI just to test them. Same prompt asking it to convert it to a b&w charcoal sketch. The results are kinda hilarious. In order, source, Gemini, ChatGPT, and...Claude...

Recently ran a small seminar at one of my black belt's new school. It felt great teaching kids again, and seeing so much enthusiasm. Def not as flexible as I used to be but still got a bit of life left in these legs.

Ok this is getting ridiculous. Squeek has now made this a nightly ritual while waiting for my car to pull into the driveway, knowing it's dinner time when I get home. So this is his passive aggressive way of telling Kira he's hungry/counting down the seconds.

Returned the defective Nissan Leaf, but it was perfect timing. The EV I've always wanted to get happened to be at an insanely cheap price and I had to grab it. Always wanted an Ioniq 5 due to its inspiration from the Lancia Delta, my favorite rally racing car.

Had this kit sitting in its box for almost 2 years due to sheer intimidation of its size. But finally decided to get this thing built and painted over the course of the past month. Gonna be the centerpiece of my Gunpla collection but it doesn't fit in my display case. 😅

Been waiting for this launch close to, if not more than, 20 years now. Being able to witness a moon launch in our lifetime is something I never thought would happen. Just so elated and teary-eyed.

Fun times. Recently bought a used EV to commute to work. Just wanted something super cheap I could beat up due to the insane gas prices. Less than 24 hours after buying it, the battery dies. Will likely take 4 to 6 months to replace under warranty. Sigh. Returning it tomorrow.

One of the more interesting facets I'm discovering about being on the Asperger's end of the spectrum is hyperfixation on niche hobbies. Recently picked up perfumery and it's been olfactory nirvana in my office. Having fun creating niche, unique fragrances for friends.

Glitchy is almost recovered. Still skinnier than last week but he's filling out. He went from chonky to skeletal in a matter of a days, but he's almost a healthy size again. Now, our other cat Katsu, has come down with an illness but he's already starting to show improvements.
