I built ScopeAI last night using @Medo_CodeFree and i'm genuinely shocked at what just happened.
this is my third hackathon and the first time i
finished a build and thought wait, did i actually
do anything?
i've been building since 2014. chatgpt, gemini, bolt, lovable, cursor, claude artifacts, i've used all of them. but medo just did something none of them did.
i gave it ONE master prompt. didn't touch npm. didn't
wire a single API. didn't configure a database.
didn't call an LLM endpoint.
medo built everything the conversation engine, the
6-step Scope Of Work flow, the PDF export, session persistence, dark mode, the whole thing.
the AI that powers the chat inside ScopeAI? medo
implemented that natively. no openrouter. no claude
key. no openai. medo handled the entire AI layer as
part of the build.
when a bug crashed the app mid-build medo's AI
quality analysis diagnosed the exact root cause
(missing html2canvas peer dependency), explained it
clearly, and fixed it in the next version.
i didn't debug anything. i just read the report.
as someone who's shipped 20 products that hit
