The question isn’t “Do we have the tools?” It’s “What happens in the first 15 minutes after an alert?” 😀
Security tools don't create security. Process does.
You can buy the best EDR, SIEM, and firewall. But if alerts aren't reviewed and incidents aren't handled quickly, the tools become decoration.

That’s where escalation gaps show up quickly.
One of the first questions we ask when reviewing an IT environment: "Who gets alerted at 2 AM if this server dies?" Silence usually tells me everything.
