Started dieting seriously -cutting calories -drinking only water -saying no to snacks -walking every day -eating healthier Somehow my weight looked at all that effort and said “double it and give it back to her.

The tragic death of retired Major General Rabe Abubakar in the captivity of bandits is not just a personal loss to his family but a national disgrace and a painful reminder of how far insecurity has consumed our country. It is heartbreaking and deeply troubling that a man who dedicated his entire life to defending Nigeria could not be protected in his own country. If even a retired General can fall victim to bandits, what hope is there for ordinary citizens? This tragedy raises serious questions about the effectiveness of our security strategies and the commitment of those in authority. Nigerians deserve better. Enough of the repeated promises while innocent lives continue to be lost. Those responsible for securing the nation must do more and be held accountable. May Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, comfort his family, and bring lasting peace and security to our nation. Ameen.

➸ 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲.𝗶𝗼 — 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝟯 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, 𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 💧 I spend a lot of time exploring projects in Web3. New tokens launch every day. New narratives appear every week. Everyone talks about the next big opportunity. But very rarely do I come across a project that makes me stop and ask: "What if blockchain could actually improve people's lives?" That's exactly why SuiLife caught my attention. SuiLife isn't trying to become another platform where people spend hours chasing charts or refreshing prices. It's building something much bigger. A human-centered ecosystem where health, growth, contribution, and community come first. And now, SuiLife.io is officially live for everyone to explore. The first thing that stood out to me was how easy it is to get started. No complicated onboarding. No endless barriers. Just enter the platform and begin exploring an ecosystem designed around helping people become better versions of themselves. Inside SuiLife, you'll find the Life Hub. A social environment where people can share ideas, experiences, challenges, and victories. Not built around negativity. Not built around outrage. Built around meaningful interaction. Then there's LifeJar, one of my favorite concepts. Most social platforms reward attention. SuiLife rewards contribution. If someone shares valuable knowledge, offers encouragement, or helps another member, LifeJar creates a way for appreciation and value to flow directly between people. That's a completely different mindset from traditional social media. LifeVision AI takes things even further. Instead of being another generic chatbot, it's being built as a digital health companion designed to understand users, help them build healthier habits, stay focused on goals, and navigate daily life with more clarity and structure. Alongside that, users have access to LifePlanner and LifeJournal. Tools designed to help organize goals, track progress, reflect on experiences, and create consistency over time. Because real growth doesn't happen in a single day. It happens through small actions repeated consistently. And SuiLife is building systems that support exactly that. One feature that deserves more attention is LifePlayer. A built-in media experience where users can discover content, listen to music, create playlists, and stay engaged without constantly leaving the ecosystem. It may seem simple, but it creates a more connected and immersive experience. What makes SuiLife different, however, goes beyond the website itself. The vision extends into the real world. Projects like LifeWater, LifePods, LifeFarms, Global Resource Directories, LifeHouse, and LifeVision AI all point toward a future where technology isn't used simply for speculation. It's used to solve real human problems. Access to health. Access to resources. Access to support. Access to opportunity. That's a vision I rarely see in this industry. Most projects build for markets. SuiLife is building for people. And that's why I believe many people are still underestimating what is being created here. The MVP is live. The infrastructure is being built. The community continues to grow. And if the team succeeds in executing the vision they've laid out, SuiLife could become one of the most unique ecosystems not only on Sui, but across Web3 as a whole. This isn't just another platform. It's a movement centered around improving lives. And we're still early. 💧 @SuiLifeToken 🌐 suilife.io 📢 t.me/suilifetoken

In a creator economy flooded with bots, paid view farms, and engagement pods, most platforms are basically selling smoke and mirrors. You post, grind for weeks, then watch fake accounts with bot-boosted numbers collect the real money while genuine creators get scraps. That’s exactly why @Magverse_AI exists. They don’t just count views — they verify them. If the engagement doesn’t look like real human behavior, it doesn’t pay out full. Merchants finally pay for actual influence instead of vanity metrics, and real creators (the ones who actually built their audience) get properly rewarded. No more competing against cheaters on a tilted field. This is the kind of accountability the space has needed for years. If you’re a serious creator or merchant tired of fake numbers, check them out: console.magverse.io console.magverse.io?invite_c…

SuiLife.io, our MVP website is now LIVE!!! The website is your global social media health platform and is open to everyone. Free to join. Free to create a profile. Free to show up as yourself. SuiLife.io isn’t just another social platform. It’s a global social support hub. At its core is the LifePlayer—think Spotify fused with YouTube—where content isn’t designed to distract you, but to empower you. To educate. To inspire. To help you live better. We’ve built the Life Jar so value can flow peer-to-peer allowing users to tip, support, and uplift those who contribute to the wellbeing of others. The Life Social Hub is where stories are shared, voices are heard, and community is rebuilt. A place to like, comment, connect, and belong without the toxicity that defines traditional social media. And with Life Chat, SuiLife becomes something more powerful: living support systems. Real conversations in real categories: Nutrition, Fitness, Mental Health, First Responders, Veterans, Geriatric Health, and beyond. Spaces where people show up for one another, because lived experience matters. But SuiLife is not something we’re building for you. It’s something we’re building with you. This is a call to action. To creators who want their work to matter. To builders who believe Web3 should serve real human needs. To healthcare advocates, first responders, veterans, caregivers, and everyday people who know that community saves lives. We’re inviting the global Web3 family to step in not just as users, but as contributors, collaborators, and co-creators. Because the most powerful impacts aren’t made by platforms. They’re made by people. When you get involved with SuiLife, you’re not just helping others. You’re investing in your own health, your own growth, your own sense of belonging. This is what ownership really looks like. Ownership of your data. Ownership of your voice. Ownership of your health. SuiLife is where technology meets compassion. Where innovation meets purpose. Where a global community comes together to lift each other up. So the question isn’t what is SuiLife? The question is: will you help build it with us? Because when we build for humanity, everyone rises.

Good morning. A society begins to lose its soul when people disappear and the only thing louder than the pain is silence. For years, Dadiyata’s family has lived between hope and heartbreak, waiting for answers that should never have taken this long. Now, with fresh allegations surfacing, this is no longer something that should be ignored, politicized, or buried under public distraction. Justice cannot be selective. Truth cannot depend on whose name is mentioned. If there are allegations, let there be investigations. If there is evidence, let it be made public. If there are guilty people, let them face the law. Nigeria cannot keep normalizing unresolved disappearances while families are left to suffer in uncertainty for years. Justice for Dadiyata. A full, independent, and transparent investigation is the least this country owes his wife, family, and every citizen who still believes truth matters. #WhereisDadiyatta

Most people still think Web3 is only about trading, hype, and quick profits. But projects like SuiLife are showing that this space can be more than that. What caught my attention is the focus on building something people can actually use in their everyday lives instead of only chasing trends. That’s important because the future of Web3 will depend on real usefulness, not just speculation. The projects that will last are the ones creating value, building strong communities, and giving people reasons to stay beyond making money. That’s why @SuiLifeToken stands out to me. It feels like a project focused on people first, while still pushing the Web3 space forward in its own way.

A former SSA to ex-Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle, Muhammad Musa, has alleged on Facebook that Dadiyata was killed in his presence by Hussani Gimba. Honestly, reading that broke my heart. For years, Dadiyata’s family and many Nigerians have lived with painful questions, hoping one day the truth would finally come out. A mother still waits. Loved ones still carry the pain of not knowing what truly happened. If these allegations are true, then this is beyond politics. It is a painful reminder of how cruel silence and injustice can be. No human being deserves to vanish without answers. No family deserves years of uncertainty and grief. May the truth come out completely. May justice prevail. And may every family waiting for answers finally find peace.

Usability really is becoming the deciding factor in DeFi. Platforms that simplify the experience without sacrificing functionality are far more likely to drive long-term adoption and retention.
A lot of people still think DeFi is only for “advanced users.” You hear words like liquidity pools, slippage, bridging, gas optimization… and instantly it starts sounding complicated. That’s one of the biggest reasons mass adoption still feels slow. Not because people aren’t interested. But because most platforms forget what it feels like to be a normal user. That’s why my experience exploring STON.fi caught my attention. The platform doesn’t try too hard to look complex or “elite.” Instead, it focuses on making things feel smooth from the moment you open it. And honestly, that matters more than most people realize. Because in Web3, user experience is becoming just as important as the technology itself. You can have strong infrastructure, deep liquidity, and powerful features… But if users feel confused the moment they arrive, they won’t stay long enough to care. What stood out to me with STON.fi was how natural the experience felt. Simple navigation. Fast interactions. Clean execution. No feeling of fighting against the platform just to complete a swap. And I think that’s where TON’s ecosystem has a real advantage right now. It’s starting to build products that feel approachable instead of intimidating. That shift changes everything. Because the future of DeFi won’t be decided only by who has the loudest marketing or biggest numbers. It’ll be decided by which platforms people genuinely enjoy using repeatedly. The ones that make users feel comfortable. The ones that reduce friction instead of adding more. That’s why I believe platforms like STON.fi are important beyond just trading. They help make decentralized finance feel usable for everyday people. And in the long run, usability is what creates retention. Not hype. Not trends. Real experience. @ston_fi
