Grotesquely ironic about the mess at UCL is that the university was founded by Lord Isaac Goldsmid as a secular place that Jewish people and those of all faiths and none could attend. The first one that Jews could actually go to. Shameful.

Reform UK's Council Leader for Rochford in Essex is on 'resignation watch' following allegations of electoral malpractice, in the May local elections.
His main residence is in Braintree.
In order to qualify as a local candidate in Rochford, he changed the address of his business, 31 December Consulting Ltd, at companies house, and then used that new address to register as a candidate , some three days before the close of nominations. He was the. chosen as Reform’s Council Leader at the post-election AGM, in May.
The address he chose, Flat 1, Blossom Weir Apartments, Arterial Road, Rayleigh, is actually in the neighbouring borough of Castle Point - meaning he has clearly broken electoral law - which is now being actively investigated.
He was also elected to Essex Council on the same day.
He's believed to be considering a resignation, given that his position now untenable. Will he resign his County Council seat as well?

Some good people were lured over to Reform with the promise of easy answers and quick fixes to complex problems.
There were also a lot of people who made a point of trashing their former party on the way out the door, them I have less sympathy for.
A Medway councillor who quit the Conservatives to join Reform UK has now left the party, calling his decision to defect "the biggest mistake of my life".
