It's very important to abide by the Canine Code #Shibarium
Insights on Evaluating Projects: What Matters to Us We have our own approach and are just sharing our thought process. I just had a discussion with our admins and want to share our perspective on evaluating projects: •Liquidity is a major factor: It’s not just about selling assets to Shibarium users but also how much value you bring onto the chain. •Respect for the Shib brand: It’s important not only to use ( abuse ?) Shib in your tweets and spaces but also to actually burn or use Shib in your dApps to support adoption. •Promotion and Positivity: New projects should promote themselves positively and share accurate information while respecting the canine code of conduct. Many are frustrated by new ā€œtrash coinsā€ that exploit our community. In the crypto world, this is unfortunately common. Using weak excuses for adoption is an insult to basic intelligence. Do your research and decide what deserves your attention. You do you, guys—no one is stopping anyone. I'm just sharing our observations.

Look at the names of the children still in captivity. You don't care about them but just fixated on party politics, you demonic scoundrel Those children are wasting away in the jungle, it's been two weeks. You haven't even visited their families. A fucking disgrace you are.
On this Children’s Day, I celebrate every Nigerian child. I celebrate the child who is excelling in school. I celebrate the child who is learning a trade. I celebrate the child living with disability and still pressing forward with courage. I celebrate the child who has lost much but has not lost hope. Today belongs to you. It is a day to celebrate your innocence, your strength, your creativity, your aspirations, and the immeasurable value you bring to our nation. You are the pride of our Republic, the custodians of tomorrow’s promise, and the living reminder that we can shape the future of Nigeria by the opportunities we create for our children today. The theme for this year’s celebration, ā€œFuture Now: Promoting Inclusion for Every Nigerian Child,ā€ speaks powerfully to the soul of our national conscience. It reminds us that the future is not a distant promise; it is already here. As we mark this special day, which coincides with Eid-el-Kabir, some Nigerian children and their teachers in Oyo and Borno should be with their families, but are being held captive by criminals. Some children have been forced into fear. Some parents cannot join today’s celebration because their hearts are set on one prayer: ā€˜Bring our children home.’ To those children, their parents, and their teachers, I say this as a father and your President: you are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. To the families grieving and despondent, your government will not turn your pain into ceremony. We will continue to work until children taken from their homes, schools and communities are returned safely, and until those who profit from this cruelty are brought to justice. I have directed all relevant security agencies to sustain and intensify coordinated rescue operations for abducted children and other vulnerable citizens across the country. These operations must be intelligence-led, carefully executed and focused first on the safe recovery of our children. I have also directed the strengthening of school protection measures in high-risk areas. This will include updated school vulnerability mapping, closer coordination between state governments and security commands, rapid response links between schools and local security units, and stronger community-based early warning systems. The Federal Ministry of Education, working with state governments, is to deepen the implementation of the Safe Schools framework with clear reporting, clear responsibility and clear timelines. Every school in a vulnerable area must know who to call, what to do, where to move, and how to protect children when danger is identified. We will also improve support for children who have survived abduction, violence and displacement. Rescue is not the end of the government’s duty. A child who returns from trauma must return to care, medical attention, counselling, education and dignity. I have directed the relevant ministries and agencies to ensure that recovered children receive proper reintegration support, not temporary attention. Let me also state that protecting children cannot be left solely to the government. Parents, teachers, traditional rulers, religious leaders, community leaders, youth groups, transport unions, local vigilantes and the media all have a role to play. When a community sees strange movement around a school and keeps quiet, a child is placed at risk. When warning signs are ignored, families suffer. When information is shared quickly and responsibly, lives can be saved. This is why we will continue to strengthen the link between communities and security agencies. The fight to protect children must begin before an attack happens, not after one has already occurred. 1/2

This is leadership
We received a delegation from the China Harbour Engineering Company Limited led by Mr. Nicolas Liu, where we discussed the proposed Azumini - Obeaku Sea Port and Inland Waterways Corridor project in Abia State. I have granted approval for an immediate feasibility study on the project. While the company initially suggested a six to seven-month timeline, I have directed that the study be completed within a shorter period so that progress can be accelerated. Alongside the study, we will begin the process of securing approvals from the Presidency, Nigerian Ports Authority, and the Federal Ministry of Blue Economy. I have also encouraged the team to visit the proposed site to assess its viability, given its proximity to the High Sea and the technical requirements such as dredging. The project has the potential to transform Abia State’s economy and contribute significantly to Nigeria’s maritime development. With strong commitment, proper funding, and strategic partnerships, we can make the Azumini Sea Port a reality. I thank the team from China Harbour Engineering Company Limited for their presentation and look forward to positive outcomes from the feasibility study.

China built a $20 billion oil refinery in Nigeria, and Europe is furious. Nigeria, one of Africa's largest oil producers, had no refinery. For decades, it exported crude and imported gasoline at markup. China's Dangote Oil Refinery in Lagos changed that. Now Nigeria is exporting refined gasoline instead of just raw crude. The refinery is operating at 94% of its 650,000-barrel-per-day capacity, meeting domestic demand with surplus shipped abroad. In March, Nigeria exported approximately 44,000 barrels of gasoline per day. A single shipment of 317,000 barrels reached Mozambique—the first delivery to East Africa. Production is projected to reach 1.4 million barrels per day within three years, making it Africa's largest refinery. For decades, Western oil majors kept Nigeria dependent while extracting crude, refining it abroad, and selling it back at a premium. China built the infrastructure Europe refused to. Now Nigeria controls its own energy supply chain, and European refiners are losing a captive market. This is what economic sovereignty looks like. This shouldn’t surprise any of our subs, we covered this story back in November on DD Geopolitics.
