It has now been 50 days since my @FedEx driver stole my Pokemon Center package and neither @Pokemon nor @FedExHelp will respond or do anything.
No items.
No refund.
No humans to talk to.

Note - I pre-ordered these in NOVEMBER.
I have no items, no refund, no replacement, no response from Pokemon Center, and no help from FedEx (including literally marking it as lost)

Even more fun - when I gave my tracking number to someone at @FedExHelp before I could tell the story, the guy goes "Oh, Pokemon cards, right?"
The FROM on the package absolutely gave away what was happening and CLEARLY this isn't an isolated incident.
