#running beginner tip: Time your breathing to your footstrikes. Breathe in for 3 foot strikes, breathe out on the next 3.
Strength is not gained during hard workouts. Strength is gained recovering after hard workouts. Remember to rest!
Beginner #running tip: Start slow. Plan your walk breaks and take them before you need them. You will go farther that way.
