A new short film, built solo over several days for the @dreamina_ai AI Animation Summit at @annecyfestival 2026. It didn't make the final selection, but sharing it anyway. Mostly gray. Mostly still. Mostly silent. Made with @dreamina_ai AI Seedance 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, @ElevenLabs , and Cuelist, my own production management tool for AI animation pipelines.
