It's time to take personal accountability American citizens.
The first 8.7 minutes of every working hour of your life goes to pay Federal taxes and to keep the current Administration in power.
Choose.
This is the natural end result of males being coddled and given participation trophies for the last 2000 years of the patriarchy and told they are the best at everything when men have always been mid. Absolute delusion at their perceived worth to women versus their actual worth.
I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I have no savings, no retirement, and will never own a home before I die.
And there is now a trillionaire.
Genuine thank you to all the t/billionaire bootlickers that posted on this thread for the laughs you are providing the group chat! It's really nice to have a good laugh with friends 🥰
I hope you all live the life you deserve.
CEO of Anthropic Dario Amodei awkwardly smiles through his answer to a question about why Claude AI directly contributed to the US Military bombing of the elementary school in Minab.
Imagine waking up tomorrow and every billionaire vanished.
Most people would still go to work.
Food would still be grown.
Roads would still be built.
Hospitals would still operate.
Now imagine every worker vanished.
That's the difference between wealth and value.
I was born poor, to an immigrant single mother, I had a kid as a teen, barely graduated HS, went to trade school (cosmetology), had another kid, worked 15yrs as a successful stylist, went to college while working and raising 2 kids, got a Master's, taught college classes
while getting paid a pittance for 40.
I did everything right. I pulled myself up by my own bootstraps, I went to trade school, I went to college, I am a good person who doesn't break laws, and I have helped hundreds of kids.
I did everything right and I will still never own
a home. I will die with a broken body and nothing to leave my children after a lifetime of struggling just to stay housed because it doesn't matter if you do everything right anymore.
Plenty, because it's a convoluted system navigable mostly through wealth accumulation, which largely isn't based in merit. America is not the land of the free, it's the land of the fee.
