I want to join a community that plays Yu-Gi-Oh at a high level. Watching worlds this year genuinely has made me motivated to try to perform well this year.
I know people like Trif set goals like go to worlds or win a YCS.
I want to top a YCS. Baby steps, but the goal is clear.

Had this ruling come up in my most recent video.
If a player controls Ultimate Tyranno and attacks the opponent’s defense position Colossal Fighter allowing the colossal fighter to return in defense position it creates a loop where tyranno can infinitely swing and colossal can infinitely return.
Who would you say is causing the infinite loop and which player should be forced to stop? Should the Tyranno player be forced to not swing and let Colossal live? Or should the Colossal player be forced to not bring it back and lose their monster?

I’d like to pose an additional hurdle. For those saying the tyranno attacking “starts the loop”, what if I presented it to you this way:
Tyranno is attacking the 1 legal monster it has to attack, after which there are no more legal attack targets. When colossal fighter revises itself is when a new legal attack target is added to the gamestate. Is the fighter introducing a new legal attack target not the cause of the loop rather than the tyranno taking the extra attack target it was newly given by fighter? food for thought.
