We are hosting a Black History Month event with the support of the OCS.
Doing better requires organizational and systemic changes to ensure accountability, transparency, and governance.
But when the leaders don't care, no one else does.
Sexism in #cannabis is honestly fucking heartbreaking.
It breaks my heart that women are objectified and pushed to the outlier. It breaks my heart that some of the men who grow weed hate me or deny my very existence. Misogyny is insidious in weed.
Women deserve better.
