A lot of United fans want us to re sign Álvaro Carreras because he's probably cheaper than other options. But let's be honest for a second. Carreras is a good player. I've seen him hold his own against elite wingers like Yamal. But if Manchester United were convinced he was the long-term answer, they wouldn't have let him leave in the first place. And if Real Madrid truly saw him as their future left-back, why are they already moving for Cucurella barely a year after signing him? Not every good player has to play for Manchester United. Some fans want us to sign every player who has a good game. The same thing happened with Nathan Brown after Germany's opening match, despite Bayern already having an agreement in place. United need to focus on their priority targets, not chase every name that trends for 90 minutes.
