🟥 Rodzina Henry’ego Nowaka zachowała się przez cały ten czas bardzo godnie. Nie latała po mediach, nie kroiła naiwnych na kasę (George Floyd, Nahel Marzouk etc.). Dopiero po procesie Mark Nowak, ojciec zabitego, zabrał głos. To co ujawnia sprawia, że włos się jeży.
Henry Nowak, leżąc w agonii po 5 ciosach nożem, powiedział policji cztery razy, że został dźgnięty i dziewięć razy, że nie może oddychać („I can’t breathe”). Policja początkowo mu nie uwierzyła („I don’t think you have mate”), zakuła go w kajdanki i traktowała jako sprawcę.
Vickrum Digwa czyli zabójca nie musiał znosić takiego dyskomfortu. Nie został zakuty w kajdanki nawet na sekundę, nawet już po aresztowaniu.
Mark Nowak żąda śledztwa ws. zachowania policji.

🇬🇧 Vickrum Digwa skazany za zabójstwo Henry’ego Nowaka na dożywocie bez możliwości wcześniejszego ubiegania się o zwolnienie przez 21 lat.
Brytyjski Sikh Vickrum Digwa z Southampton zabił nożem ceremonialnym (kirpan/shastar) 18-letniego studenta Henry’ego Nowaka 3 grudnia 2025 r. w Southampton. Zadał mu 5 ciosów nożem, w tym w klatkę piersiową.
Po ataku kłamał policji, twierdząc, że Nowak go zaatakował i rasistowsko zwyzywał, co doprowadziło do zakucia umierającego chłopaka w kajdanki i przyczyniło się do jego śmierci.Sąd odrzucił linię obrony o samoobronie.
Wyrok: dożywocie z minimalnym okresem 21 lat (sędzia podniósł limit do 23 lat z powodu kłamstw i wpływu na społeczność, potem obniżył z powodu wieku sprawy (23 lata) i faktu, że jest nienotowany.

As Henry Nowak lay bleeding to death in the middle of a quiet residential street in Southampton, his wrists were chained together in handcuffs.
Police officers, who he thought were coming to his aid, had fallen for the lies of his attacker, Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old Sikh man who claimed the 18-year-old finance student had racially abused him.
Digwa had in fact stabbed Mr Nowak four times with an 8in ceremonial knife 👇
