With the expansion of Project ASMITA, we continue our commitment to the 360° well-being of Women Police Officers. The program focuses on
Mental Health, Physical Fitness, Yoga & Meditation, Counselling, Workplace Challenges, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills, Gynaecological Health/ Feminine Wellbeing, Leadership Development
The inauguration took place on 5th April 2026 at Sanskar Hall, Pune, in the presence of Smt. Amruta Fadnavis, Commissioner of Police Shri Amitesh Kumar Ji, and Joint Commissioner of Police, IPS Ranjankumar Sharma Ji, along with Senior Male Police officials and 500 Women Police officials.
Through this initiative, we aim to equip women police officers with the support and tools needed to navigate the demands of their roles with strength and balance.
Our first batch of the workshop, attended by 200 women police officers, was successfully conducted on 6th and 7th April 2026. This marks the beginning of an important journey focused on wellness and resilience. We are committed to continuing this initiative until we reach every one of the 3,000 women police officers serving in Pune city—ensuring that each officer is supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive both personally and professionally.
Because those who serve deserves care too.
