I have taken 500 sales calls.
And every single time I have converted, it was never because I sold.
It was because I educated. Answered their doubts. Walked them through FAQs. Showed proof of work, results, case studies, with full conviction.
Every time I tried to talk about what we do, what we offer, who we are, it fell flat.
The lesson sounds generic but it isn’t.
The more deeply you know your subject, the more honestly and specifically you can educate someone about it, the better you are at sales.
Not because you’re persuading them. Because by the end of the conversation they’ve already persuaded themselves:)
