Hello Twitter! Today I would like to talk about @trupanion, why I just canceled my coverage, and why you may not get what you expect from them! At issue: dental coverage for cats.
In other words: *if you have adopted your cat from a shelter, (contrary to marketing) @trupanion will never, ever cover their dental care*.
Including in cases like this, where Zanj's problem cleared up promptly with proper care.
Pleading with them on the subject proved fruitless, so I have cancelled my account and here I am on Twitter complaining. Anyone considering using them, be appropriately warned.

Yes, it's me with a new picture to show! Well, perhaps not that new, to be honest. 😅
Last year, I had the pleasure of working with a fantasy author @DjangoWexler on portraying some of the characters from his newest book. More info below!

Super excited to dig into Everybody Wants to Rule the World Except Me by @DjangoWexler I loved How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying, easily one of my favorite books of 2024

Tim’s Slow Reader’s Club slowly moves on. Another fun romp, laughed out loud multiple times is @DjangoWexler ‘s How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying. Snark set at 11. Wouldn’t let me put it back down. 👍👍
ASHES OF THE SUN, by @DjangoWexler, is perfectly calibrated to takeover my brain. It’s got dead gods, lost civs, excellent characters, and more tension than the strings of a harp.
The action’s great, the dialogue’s fun—a fantastic adventure, and I’ve already ordered the sequel!
ALT A hand holds a book called ASHES OF THE SUN, by Django Wexler, with a green velvet chair in the background. The cover depicts a lone figure holding a large sword standing in the thumb of a giant, ruined statue’s outstretched hand. A wilderness of ruins and a waterfall stretches ahead in a dramatic valley.
