As part of whole school assemblies we practise Mindfulness,it’s hard to focus when we’ve been sitting listening for a while so we have a movement break first, here’s the whole school stretching high before a little calming mindfulness #Article31 #UNCRC #RelaxAndPlay @DoBeLou

@allianceuknews I've car insurance with you and whilst getting another quote yesterday I discovered that a claim I made in May is listed as my fault. I'd like to know how I go about disputing this and ask if this is why my insurance has more than doubled this year?

My tyre blew after going over a pot hole and the wheel damaged the electrics in /my car. I haven't claimed anything apart from this for over 25 years. Thanks
