@CharlesSBarber endnote, mendeley, zotero etc.are all worth trying - including our tool docear.org :-) there is not THE best one

@eusdot Falls JabRef grundsätzlich interessant war würde ich unser Tool docear.org empfehlen. Basiert auf JabRef, kann aber mehr

@Andresinmp currently there are no plans to package #docear with debian etc. what do you mean by finding references within a pdf?
