The American Dream doesnโ€™t belong to the highest bidder on Wall Street. It belongs to the American people, who work hard, save up, and play by the rules. I applaud President Trumpโ€™s leadership on this issue and urge the House to pass this bill.

A data center operated by QTS in Fayette County, Georgia consumed nearly 30 million gallons of water that went unbilled โ€” through connections that weren't being properly monitored during a transition to a new smart meter system. The unbilled usage went undetected for somewhere between four months and over a year, with the county and QTS disagreeing on the exact duration. The excess usage occurred while drought conditions prompted officials to ask residents to restrict lawn watering. QTS eventually paid around $150,000 but faced no penalties. The county called it a "procedural mix-up" and declined to fine its largest customer. The case reflects a broader concern: roughly two-thirds of data centers built or under development since 2022 are located in water-stressed areas, according to Bloomberg. In Phoenix alone, data center water consumption is projected to jump from 385 million gallons per year to 3.7 billion once all planned facilities come online. #DataCenters #AI #WaterCrisis #Infrastructure #TechPolicy

California is trying to pass a bill that would criminalize investigative journalism with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown. The proposed bill is titled AB 2624 and was made after I exposed mass fraud by immigrant groups in America. Under AB 2624, government-funded entities like the Somali โ€œLearingโ€ Daycare centers would be protected from being exposed if they operated inside California. The enemy truly is within. When our politicians would rather protect fraudsters and illegal migrants, itโ€™s time for us to stand up or face mass oppression from the traitors who โ€œruleโ€ over us.

I built CourtWatch.us โ€” a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. It's in beta โ€” would love to know what you think ๐Ÿ‘‡ Numbers don't lie, but criminals do. courtwatch.us @bennyjohnson @jockowillink @GrantCardone @LauraLoomer @nickshirleyy @j_fishback
