On the 18:10 out of Euston towards Birmingham New Street. Just had the ticket inspector gentleman come round. A few people in the carriage had the wrong ticket for various reasons but he was the most polite, professional and courteous person I've met in ages. #avantiwestcoast

So after 1 hour on hold with #tsb and another 2 hours with the advisor on and off, my issue with the message saying my account is blocked had been diagnosed as a blocked account! Need to call payment verification team tomorrow..
Well it looks like #TSB are not accepting phone calls any more. Message says they are very busy with waits over 30 mins and to call again later and then cuts off.. super smashing great! Looks like it's chewing gum n my last baked bean for dinner tonight for the family again
@tsb waited 50mins to get through to someone ss i still can't use my cards or even logon via web or app to be told that im bring transferred to internet banking team only to be cut off. Yay me for being a premier account holder. I need to move house this week #tsb#tsbfail
