I will try and find the old tweets and FB post about this, I think its a bit embarrassing for both the BEEB and ITV, as they are determined to keep listening to her publicity agent, rather than her customers who know better !!!

@BBCWatchdog perhaps you can find out for confused crafters trying to stay on right side of law re © issues of using licenced craft products, such a fabrics, to make & sell items. Trading Standards saying go to IPO but IPO not replying. Just need answer to serious question.

@The_IPO Would be really very grateful for reply. If I bought Disney (or other) licenced fabric then makes & sell items made with it, is that an infringement of © &/or ™ & could I be prosecuted &/or fined for doing so? Lots of crafters seriously need an answer.
