Glad to see my opposition joining the conversation on AI.
For many months, I've argued that Americans need a Digital Bill of Rights to protect privacy, free speech, due process, and personal data in the digital age. AI is an important part of that discussion, but it's only one piece of a much larger challenge.
As technology continues to evolve, our focus shouldn't be limited to today's headlines. We need lasting protections that safeguard the rights of every American online. Whether the issue is AI, data collection, facial recognition, social media, or technologies that haven't even been invented yet.
I'm glad this conversation is finally gaining attention. The stakes are too high to ignore.

One of my first priorities in Congress will be fighting to secure these rights for every American.
Liberty must be defended in the digital age.
