UPDATE: I put an event in my calendar for December 8, to see if after a year I would have changed my mind about “Twitter”. I have not. In the year since I “took a break”, I feel like it has gotten worse.

As a platform it is still huge and I need to use it to interact and inform for my businesses and causes. I may post in 2024. I am monitoring to see if the platform can be used for value, or whether its algorithm is inherently harmful.

I am taking a break from the Twitter platform. I am not deleting my account but I am deleting the app from my phone. I will not be accessible through DMs for the time being. This is just a heads up in case anyone tries to reach me. I won't see the message.

I may return to posting on Twitter. For now, I will focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. Although I must say, IG is looking a bit shaky recently. I realize that there are other platforms and no platform at all is still a choice.
