Motivation isn't useless, it's the spark to initiate behavior change. Discipline won't fix all your problems, practicing constant discipline is unsustainable. Both are useful tools to make long-term lifestyle changes.

Maplehurst Middle School will be recognizing Orange Shirt Day, Thursday, September 29. We wear orange to honour and remember the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools and the memory of those who did not return home.
