The Marshfield Junior High wrestling team made history this weekend and backed it up tonight, knocking off the Nixa Eagles in a tough dual. Boys won 53-43, and the girls won 48-47. #TCOB

Agree and agree. The Achilles heel of so many efforts is our over complicated, jargon-filled approach to everything. Leaders must take it upon themselves to eliminate this problem and protect our teachers from it during change.
