Returning from Carlisle today we saw two kittens on the motorway, M6 southbound, just south of J40 Penrith. Contacting @highwaysagency they told us that @Cumbriapolice were aware and attending- I can't help but wonder, did you rescue them!? @RSPCA_official @CatsProtection
