Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this book regarding the importance of systems leadership in policing . Policing is too complex for silo thinking so we need to adapt the way we think and behaviour to be more effective leaders

Interesting perspectives as always especially on cross career experiences between academia and public service agencies and the importance of asking the right questions rather then reinventing new theories Thanks @Jerry_Ratcliffe @DrAlexPiquero
You know what is a mystery? Courts and prosecutor decision-making. The level of discretion and/or bias is unknown. But don't take my word for it... take a listen to @DrAlexPiquero on the latest episode of the @_ReducingCrime podcast.

An incredibly special dog I had the honour of meeting on an number of occasions. He will never be forgotten and missed by many
It’s with pain and sadness that I am writing this post on behalf of Dave. Our beautiful, brave, Hero Finn passed away peacefully in his sleep last night. He was so loved by everyone and will be missed incredibly. #FabulousFinn #FinnsLaw #FinnsLawPart2 #Hero #germanshepherd
