For years, I’ve dreamed of a way to help pets in desperate need of lifesaving surgical care. As a specialist small animal surgeon, I see dogs and cats every day whose lives could be transformed with critical surgeries - if only their loving owners could afford them. Surgery, when done with precision and care, is unfortunately very expensive, and it breaks my heart to see families face losing their beloved pets due to financial hardship. That’s why I’m launching the Second Chance Surgery for Pets FundMe project, a passion project I’ve long envisioned. This fund will assist owners who can’t cover the full cost of surgery and fully support those in need who can’t afford any of the bill.
