I really like how this year’s game was not only built around community feedback but also updated and patched based on it. If they removed skill-based matchmaking, this 2K would most likely be in my top 5 or 6, especially patch 1.

Point guards shouldn’t be limited to only stand still shots. A point guard with a high three pointer (90 range) should be able to get in their fade bag, of course if timed correctly. But it feels almost impossible to time any sort of three point fade unless it’s a corner fade.

Now if only we could make open/wide open fades again somewhat consistently I think the game would be in a great place. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I do think fades should fall if timed correctly open/wide open.

The defender should never get the ball magically by not pressing a button. You can no longer do an escape move relatively close to your defender or it’s an instant turnover.

I agree with nerfing the fading 3s, but now it’s almost impossible to make one even with the fading boost takeover.
