🍿Now that the High Mileage Model 3 is back from its trip to Hamilton, Ontario, 🇨🇦, let's break down the stats of the road trip.
Winkler ➡️ Hamilton (🇨🇦 route)
Distance: 2,357 km (1,465 miles)
Total Charges: 24
Total Cost: $139.65 CAD ($102.47 USD)
Hamilton ➡️ Winkler (🇺🇸 route)
Distance: 2,260 km (1,404 miles)
Total Charges: 13
Total Cost: $171.21 CAD ($125.62 USD)
The trip was a success and the drive home was made much, much easier with the new LFP battery pack. The guys were able to take advantage of the faster charging while also being able to drive 75-80 mph as opposed to doing the Canadian route where the speed limit was limited to 55 mph for a large chunk of the drive due to that part of the Trans Canada being two lane highway.
Full cost of repair work done to Model 3 along with Dan and Dusty's thoughts on their first EV road trip through some of the most challenging parts of the Trans Canada Highway are to come later this month in our battery swap YouTube video.

This is precisely how I felt owning my 2022 F-150 in Atlas Blue. 5.0 V8, tastefully modified and for the two years I owned it, there was never a bad drive. I regret selling it every day.

250,000 miles is honestly light work for Tesla motors.
@Drive_Protected’s rear motor in his Model 3 is still going strong after almost 400,000 miles. The crazy part is it needed next to no maintenance, unlike all the things a gas car would have needed.
