What is happening with the Steers brand??
No accountability, no explanation and no service!
Food taking over 90min to be delivered, delivered cold and incorrect meal and items missing!
Bitterly disappointed in a brand that we have loved for years!

It’s now Friday and still no phone call for collection of my phone!!! No one even got back to me yesterday!! I have only ever had a vodacom contract…time to change! I will be porting my number and cancelling my contract today!!!! @Vodacom @Vodacom111 #nocustomerservice

It took SAB just 2 days to deliver beers to all 9 provinces meanwhile the department of education is struggling to deliver masks and sanitizers for the past 3 weeks now to schools. We have wrong people working for the gorvernment.

5 days down the line since my previous post and still no refund!! No indication of when the refund will be made! Despite Lameez's fantastic help, still no refund!! They hold the approved refund and stop the student from continuing her studies elsewhere!!! 😠

So since the 13th June after turning to social media.The hospital was paid, the Anaesthetist was paid but the surgeon remains UNPAID
After numerous emails, promises that this would be sorted,again I'm in the embarrassing position that it has not been paid

After EA have thehospital authorisation... You traumatize your clients!
Not only has it now been 7 months from the date of surgery but my father is now receiving threatening legal letters not only from the doctors but also from the hospital.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
