I don't think @ExaltedFuneral is active here, but it looks like the flash sale on Monty Python #RPG items that ended Friday was really a clearance sale. None of it's listed anymore. :( Glad I ordered what I was missing, but sad that the whole line practically just disappeared.

The new video player on @Crunchyroll has some issues: just started Rent-a-Girlfriend S5 E1, and the "skip recap" button has been on for 1 minute, blocking subtitles in the corner due to way the screen is split to show multiple scenes at the start. Maybe fade it out faster?

And the @Crunchyroll new player switched over to a "skip intro" button once the recap was done, so I've had a button sitting there in the corner for a full 3 minutes now. 😒 Again, maybe fade it out faster?

@fillitforward Are you aware of problems with your Android app? Last 2 giving project complete messages crash the app if I open them, 3rd back is missing delete option, and home screen reuse tracker numbers are hidden behind their text labels. Please fix in next update. Thanks.

It looks like @Crunchyroll has changed their video player and a lot of people don't like it (see, for example, reddit.com/r/Crunchyroll/com…). Hopefully they're seeing the complaints and planning to address them, especially since I don't remember notice or reason being given for this.

It appears to have taken several hours, but @Crunchyroll seems to be working again. I should have enough time tonight to finish catching up today, but I would have been current hours ago if it weren't for site problems. 😐

Yesterday, 3 #anime on @Crunchyroll had no English subtitles, 1 for 12 hours, 1 for 24 hours. Just now, the site glitched, stopping me from watching new releases even though I'm a paid subscriber. And soon they're going to charge more (at least at my level). 😠 Not good.

From an e-mail I just got: "Starting March 24, 2026, the price of your @Crunchyroll Fan will increase from $79.99 to $99.99 per year": a 25% increase. ☹️ I do get a lot of value with how much #anime I watch, but still, that's a big price hike (before my renewal date, of course).

Weather here means telework is allowed and I can catch @SWRadiogram on 15770 kHz at 1330 UTC for a change. Missed the first few minutes, but the rest seemed OK overall; some odd characters in there though. Here's one of the better of the 13 flag images that decoded for me.

@Crunchyroll You and I Are Polar Opposites, season 1, episode 2 English sub isn't in the release calendar even though the dub and several other languages are. This sort of thing has been happening for months. Can you please get everything (especially English subs) listed there?

@Crunchyroll Also, Kaya-chan Isn't Scary is missing from the release calendar completely, and the English sub of Kunon the Sorcerer Can See is buried in the middle of Hana-Kimi entries for some reason. The calendar's usefulness is limited with problems like this. Please fix them.

First time in quite a while that I could try to decode @SWRadiogram on 15770 kHz at 1330 UTC today, and it was OK for about 10 minutes then nothing. I got the first text, the start of the second text, and no images. ☹️ Hopefully I'll have better luck over the winter holidays.

Follow up on the laptop speaker issue: I found a tool from my laptop brand that got speaker sound back then updated the audio components in Windows updates, and things seem to work again with access to features of the software as normal. Still, seems like a bug exists somewhere.

Does anyone happen to know the rough timeline for Penguin Magic to ship orders made during their Black Friday sale? I assume they had a lot of orders, so the wait is understandable, but mine's still processing after over a week. Just curious when it might start moving. Thanks.

It looks like using the MSI-specific Nahimic restore tool worked, but the companion app says there's a critical driver update. Maybe installing that caused the problem and perhaps I shouldn't? It looks like I can't access any options in that app then though. Advice? Thanks.
