In POA consensus at @poanetwork it will take 18/18 validators to censor a transaction. Although, validators are not controlled by executive orders of the POA R&D like in EOS x.com/bytemaster7/status/101…

3 of 5 parties are able to freeze Ethereum accounts by vote (etherchain.org/charts/topMin…) simply by rejecting transactions and blocks that include transactions. Under the Ethereum agreement, an arbitration order from ICC can compel them to. It takes 21 of 21 parties on EOS.

Our view on the scaling strategy:
a. Many interconnected networks with bridged tokens. Networks are based on green, not coal protocols. Bridges operated by individual parties, not MSBs, audited for security, compliant w/ local regulations. Like POA Bridge poanet.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/… x.com/VitalikButerin/status/…

My view: there are basically 5 scaling strategies:
1. Many separate chains
2. Super-big blocks
3. Incremental improvements that don't change security model (eg. replacing txs sigs with compressed delta STARKs)
4. Layer 2 (channels and plasma)
5. Sharding
