Essentially, I'm saying this is not a real trade dispute to lead up to a new trade agreemt. This is a form of economic warfare to reduce Canada to a vassal state of the US. He has said so. But that's so outrageous ppl keep trying to ignore it: he's just joking, he's negotiating.
