It's hilarious how many people are trying to flip the Crawford Topuria talk. Topuria started that. We all know that domain would have its advantages for the natural fighter of that sport. But guess who's begging for that payday? UFC guys. Also here is a nugget of knowledge from one of the UFC greats, his words not mine.
“Mixed martial arts is the easiest sport to become champion in. When you fight in mixed martial arts, you're gonna have people who have significant big holes in them. You can have no wrestling experience and become a world champion. In boxing, you can’t. You have to be a good boxer to become a world champion.” - Demetrious Johnson
Also, y'all clearly don't research because Crawford actually has a solid wrestling and grappling background, and lb for lb is strong as shit. I'm willing to bet Crawford’s wrestling background is more foundational and solid than Topuria's boxing background. Could he dominate in UFC? No clue, but I'm willing to bet he'd do better than Topuria would do in boxing.
