Abbey Deputy, Rachael Jurkiw completed @ToughMudder last weekend to raise funds for our outdoor learning environment: gofund.me/751935cb so far she has raised a fantastic £650!!!! Tear gas, electrocution and freezing water were some of the highlights experienced!

Pupils at Dunkirk Abbey Campus welcomed PCSO Lucy Oram from @RadfordRdCops today as she delivered a fantastic assembly all about Safer Strangers! Pupils learnt how to stay safe and who to ask for help in the community! What a wonderful assembly to help our children stay safe!

Pupils at Dunkirk had a wonderful day today with #steducation Great assemblies and workshops were held and pupils learnt so much about sewerage and how Severn Trent clean our water. Crucially, they learnt what can and can't go down the loo! #beabinnernotablocker

Tonight at 5:30pm on nottstv.com you can watch Y4/5/6 on a peaceful climate protest (as part of our ACT curriculum) about local pollution and climate change. Pupils designed and sewed their own banners as part of their DT learning and created call and refrain chants.
