5yrs ago a wonderful man, @BillyHiggins89, saved my son’s life by donating his bone marrow, thanks to @AnthonyNolan & @GreatOrmondSt. 3yrs ago we first met & today we met again at the same place The Red Lion @OakmanInns & met their gorgeous boy.

Everyone at Anthony Nolan was so happy to see Libby ring the bell, marking the end of her treatment at GOSH!
Libby was admitted to hospital last month for her stem cell transplant.

We’re extremely sad to hear that Maisie Ryan, an inspirational Marrow volunteer, has recently passed away. Maisie was a much-loved Marrower, first getting involved with @NewcastleMarrow while studying medicine at uni, before joining the National @UKMarrow Committee in 2016.
