Rashida Tlaib's position is revealing, there is no room for debate, no room for evidence, no room for legal analysis. You must simply accept her conclusion that Israel is committing "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing," and anyone who refuses is morally suspect.
That's not an argument. It's a political loyalty test. The words "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing" have become slogans in Tlaib's rhetoric, repeated so often that she treats them as self-evident facts rather than extraordinary accusations requiring extraordinary proof.
Hamas, Palestinian terrorism, October 7, hostage-taking, and the complexity of a conflict that she consistently reduces to a one-sided morality play. For Tlaib, there is only one acceptable position, condemn Israel exactly as she does. Anything less is apparently unacceptable. That isn't serious debate. Sued the school claiming she was fired for “protected speech.”
Megaphone in hand at the terror rallies.
But prosecutors say the real campaign was not on the quad.
It was a coordinated intimidation operation targeting University of Michigan officials, their homes, law enforcement, businesses — and the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.
According to the indictment, Hakim allegedly helped coordinate this terror to force divestment from Israel.
Her most revealing moment:
They suspected a U-M student was cooperating with the feds. Hakim said that he “was going to send us to federal prison.”
She and co-defendant Paige Feyock then allegedly planned to confront him at 3 AM and strip-search him to see if he was wearing a wire. Feyock said the “snitch” “has to be neutralized.”
The loudmouth "activist" who demanded to be heard suddenly had a massive problem with someone else speaking.
Because it was never just about speech.
It was always about power, control, and terrorizing anyone who got in their way.
🚨 Early this morning, @FBI and partners arrested 7 individuals on a 10 count indictment for allegedly targeting University of Michigan leaders and businesses in the Eastern Michigan region with violent threats and attacks.
The indictment alleges that after the October 7, 2023 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, these individuals - a group of college-aged adults - engaged in a coordinated campaign of violent, criminal acts seeking to pressure University of Michigan leaders and other businesses in the Eastern District of Michigan to cut off all ties with Israel.
The subjects allegedly vandalized the victims’ property, spray painted their homes with messages like “Intifada” and “Free Palestine,” left threatening notes on their doors, and even broke windows of the victims’ homes - throwing glass jars filled with chemicals while children slept inside.
They deliberately chose the one-year anniversary of Hamas’s attack to engage in some of their most visible criminal acts - including one subject who specifically targeted the Bloomfield Township Jewish Federation on October 7, 2024. On the same day, another subject - employed by the University - vandalized the University President’s home.
The alleged criminal targeting occurred for over a year - beginning approximately March 2024 and continuing until April 2025.
@FBIDetroit and our partners pursued a thorough, detailed investigation of this case - and subjects have been charged for their alleged role in conspiracies to transmit threats in interstate and foreign commerce.

As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question.
A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye.
This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist.
In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal.
But in Britain, the conversation is still about “not being far-right.”
British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation?
