Give this tweet an award. There’s being wrong as in the absence of being right, and then there’s a whole new level of wrongness. So wrong it bends light. So wrong the Vatican want to take a sample for their collections. So wrong Farage might tell Trump or Vance to quote it.
The Plaid vote was never really about Wales, it's about a political class that lost the 2016 referendum, never accepted it and retrofitted independence ideology onto a pre-existing EU grievance. The nation is the vehicle and the resentment is the fuel. #RUKWales
Let’s be clear. Last week was not the fault of the media. Welsh Labour needs to accept that we are responsible for our defeat. And we need to speak with the people we seek to represent.
A strange exchange this morning with one of Labour's nine remaining members of the Senedd.
Mike Hedges refused to stop to talk to @itvnews and instead appeared to blame the media for last week's election result.
An election will take place today for the post of Presiding Officer - Llywydd. There seem to be two candidates - Paul Davies of the Conservatives and our former Deputy First Minister, Huw Irranca-Davies. Had I been re-elected last week then I would have voted for Paul Davies.
For an idea of how badly Eluned Morgan lost in Ceredigion Penfro:
With the result as it was, there would have needed to be 10 seats up for grabs for Labour to win one.
For Eluned Morgan to get back in, Labour would have needed 4,153 more votes to win the sixth seat.
Whatever you plan to do tomorrow, and if you haven’t done it already, MAKE TIME TO VOTE!
Healthcare, education, environment, transport and so much more are on the ballot.
For Wales’ sake, vote.

Here's to the next chapter...
I like the Greens but, especially in Valley constituencies, they won't win a seat (different in Cardiff). If 4% of Greens or Lab vote goes to Plaid in places like Merthyr, Plaid will get 3 seats and Reform go down from 3 to 2 seats. Greens, nor Labour, would lose a seat there.

He said twice quite clearly that there won’t be a referendum in this Senedd term. There’s no point getting drawn on what Plaid’s 2030 commitments might be before the 2026 election has even happened. Unless you’ve got your 2030 manifesto ready to go? Though I have no doubt it will include a lot of “exploring” and “making the case” for things.
